We operate on a membership model. After joining, we’ll meet to discuss your needs and then match you with potential attorneys. You can pick the attorney you want to work with.
You can work with your attorney as much or as little as you need. There are no minimums and you can cancel at any time.
Our model is roughly 1/3 the cost of a traditional law firm.
For $600 per month, you receive up to four hours per month of legal services from your attorney.
Need additional legal work? Your attorney will charge a highly discounted rate of $150 per hour for additional work.

Your Fractional General Counsel will help handle the day-to-day needs of your business, which generally includes:

Please note that each attorney may accept or refuse any request in his or her professional judgment. If your attorney can’t handle a specific project, we’ll do our best to match you with another attorney who can.
